Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. Subscription Plans

Paid Zeckout subscriptions (Pro, Pro Plus, and Enterprise tiers) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable, including in the case of mid-cycle cancellation or downgrade. You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan (or be restricted, per plan limits) at the end of your current billing period.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method before any downgrade or suspension takes effect, as described in-app.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in cases such as a duplicate charge or a documented billing error on our part. Requests for an exception can be sent to team@zeckout.app and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

5. On-Site Setup & Training Services

The optional one-time on-site setup and training service is non-refundable once the engagement has been scheduled and confirmed, except where cancelled by Zeckout.

6. Inventory-Related Losses Are Not Covered

This Refund Policy addresses subscription fees only. It does not cover, and Zeckout will not refund, reimburse, or otherwise compensate for, any lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned equipment or inventory tracked using the Service. See our Terms of Service for details.

7. Contact

Billing questions can be sent to team@zeckout.app.
